Faceless.video alternative: VidNexus
Faceless.video generates and posts faceless short videos (AI stories, AI video, Reddit stories over gameplay) to TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels on a schedule. Credits roll over while you stay subscribed. It is a Shorts autopilot, not a long-form editor, so this page does not score them as equals.
Faceless.video and VidNexus make different things, so there is no winner here. This page shows what each one does and when it makes sense to use VidNexus instead, or next to it.
There is no 5-minute long-form option. If 25 Shorts a month is what you want, Daily at $35 covers it.
$1,499 once. The license is unmetered: the only running cost is your own voice plan, ElevenLabs or the cheaper ai33.pro (125 minutes of narration is about 95,000 characters), or $0 if you record and upload your own voiceover.
- Short-form only.
- Little creative control: changing one clip can mean making the whole video again (Crepal).
- Reviewers mention generic or mismatched visuals and repetitive scripts.
- Watermark, resolution and refund rules are not stated on their site.
- Zero-effort posting on a schedule.
- Credits roll over.
- Unlimited social accounts from the Daily plan up.
- Gameplay and Reddit-story formats built in, and it works on a Mac.
