Affiliate program

Everything an affiliate needs in one page: the terms, the free test license before launch, ideas for your platform, the rules and the answers to common questions.

VidNexus pays 30% of every Lifetime and Early Bird sale you refer: $449 or $299 a sale. This page has everything in one place: how it works, what you earn, how to cover VidNexus on your platform, the rules, and the answers to the questions creators ask most. Ready to join? Apply here. Need screenshots, the walkthrough or the facts for a video? They're in the creator kit.

How it works

  1. Apply. Tell us your channel or site, your audience and what you'd make. Every application is read by hand, usually within a few days. Apply

  2. Get approved. You get an email with what happens next. Before launch, tick the test key box on the form and you also get a full license to make real videos with (see below).

  3. Get your link. Your affiliate link and dashboard come by email. Before launch they arrive when the store opens, so your link works from the first sale.

  4. Make something. A video, a Short, a post, a newsletter feature. Use your link and say clearly that it's an affiliate link.

  5. Get paid. You earn 30% of every Lifetime or Early Bird sale made within 60 days of a click on your link. Each commission is held for 30 days, then paid out.

What you earn

The same 30% on both licenses sold on the site, with no tiers to climb and no monthly minimum:

License

You earn

Lifetime (1 PC)

$1,499

$449

Early Bird (first 10 buyers only)

$999

$299

Education and team licenses are sold directly by us after an email, so they don't earn a commission.

Five Lifetime sales are $2,245; twenty are $8,980. Because VidNexus is a one-time payment, your commission comes in one piece, not as a few dollars a month.

  • Cookie: 60 days. A viewer who clicks your link and buys within 60 days is yours, even if they come back on their own later.

  • 30-day hold. Every buyer has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Holding commissions for 30 days covers that window, so you're never paid for a sale that's refunded later.

  • Refunds. If a buyer refunds within the 14 days, that commission is cancelled.

  • Your dashboard shows your clicks, sales, commissions and payouts. The payout method and dates are set there.

  • Taxes. Declaring your commissions is up to you. The affiliate platform may ask for a tax form before your first payout.

Before launch: a free license to test it

While VidNexus isn't on sale yet, approved affiliates can get a full license, free, to keep. It's the same license a customer buys: make real videos with it, show the real app and the real results.

The deal is simple: you publish at least one honest video or post about VidNexus, with your affiliate disclosure, once your link is live. Your opinion stays your own: if something doesn't work for you, say so. Honest reviews sell better than hype anyway.

To get one, tick Send me a free license key on the application. The key arrives by email with the download link once you're approved.

Who VidNexus is for (and who it isn't)

You'll convert best with an audience that makes, or wants to make, faceless videos on a Windows PC:

  • Faceless YouTube creators making documentaries, explainers, history, science, finance, true crime, space and list videos.

  • People starting a channel who don't want to be on camera or pay a team.

  • Creators tired of credit-based tools: VidNexus has no credits and no monthly fee.

  • Small studios and agencies running several channels.

  • Teachers and course creators who make explainer videos.

Be upfront about who it isn't for, so the people who buy stay happy:

  • Mac and Linux users: VidNexus is Windows 10/11 only for now. Mac and Linux are on the roadmap.

  • Very old or low-memory PCs: it needs 16 GB of RAM (32 GB recommended). An NVIDIA or AMD graphics card makes it much faster.

  • Talking-head or avatar videos: VidNexus makes faceless videos from stock footage, motion graphics and narration. It doesn't make AI presenters.

  • Anyone who wants zero running costs: the voice comes from the buyer's own ElevenLabs account (about 50 cents for a 5-minute video in our tests), unless they record their own.

Ideas for your platform

YouTube (long-form)

  • Build one live. Pick a topic your viewers care about and make the whole video on screen, from the topic to the finished file. Show the script review and one fix in the editor. In our tests a 5-minute video took about 6 minutes to build.

  • Honest review. What it does well, what it doesn't (Windows only, you bring your own voice key). Reviews with the downsides in them get trusted.

  • The cost maths. Subscriptions against one license: what 25 videos a month costs over 5 years on each tool. Our comparison pages and faceless tools roundup have the numbers and their sources, so you can check them on camera.

  • Head to head. Make the same video in VidNexus and in the tool your audience uses now, and compare the result, the time and the price.

  • A series. Start a faceless channel with VidNexus and report back weekly. Series bring viewers back to your link more than once within the 60 days.

Put your link in the first two lines of the description and in a pinned comment. Add chapters so viewers can jump to the part they care about. Tick YouTube's "includes paid promotion" box if you got a free license.

Shorts, TikTok and Reels

  • Topic to video in 60 seconds: a sped-up screen recording from typing the topic to the finished video playing.

  • One feature per clip: the hook score, the fact check, swapping a clip, adding a map or a counter.

  • Before and after: the raw script, then the finished scene with footage, captions and graphics.

  • The price twist: "I stopped paying monthly for my video tool", with the one-time price on screen.

Short videos can't carry a link, so put it in your bio or link page and say where it is. Use the platform's own label: TikTok's branded content toggle, Instagram's paid partnership label, YouTube Shorts' paid promotion box.

Blogs and SEO sites

  • Comparisons ("VidNexus vs VidRush", "best faceless video tools in 2026") and alternatives pages for the tools your readers already use.

  • Step-by-step tutorials with your own screenshots, or ours from the creator kit.

  • Cost breakdowns for a faceless channel: tools, voice, footage, per video and per year.

Mark affiliate links as sponsored (rel="sponsored") and put the disclosure near the top of the post, not only at the bottom.

Newsletters and podcasts

  • A short feature with one screenshot and the walkthrough link works better than a long write-up.

  • On a podcast, say the link is in the show notes and read the disclosure out loud.

Communities (Discord, Skool, Facebook groups, Reddit)

  • Follow each community's self-promotion rules. Many only allow links in a set channel or with the owner's OK.

  • A live demo for members (20 minutes, questions at the end) works far better than dropping a link.

  • On Reddit, most subreddits remove affiliate links. Share what you made and answer questions; put the link only where it's allowed.

Teachers and course creators

  • Use VidNexus in a lesson on making explainer videos. Students and teachers can get the Education license.

  • If your course teaches faceless YouTube, a module that builds a real video with it is the most natural fit.

Agencies and studios

If your audience runs several channels or a production team, tell them about the team licenses (5, 10 or 25 seats, at vidnexus.app/enterprise). Team licenses are sold directly by us, so they don't earn a commission; each Lifetime license they buy through your link does.

The rules

Always

  • Disclose it, clearly and up front. Say that you earn a commission, and that you got a free license if you did. In the video and at the top of the description, not hidden at the bottom. For example: "VidNexus gave me a free license to test it, and I earn a commission if you buy through my link. My opinions are my own."

  • Use the platform's paid-promotion or branded-content label when you got the license for free.

  • Show the real app and real output. Our screenshots and demo videos are yours to use.

  • Mention the 14-day money-back guarantee when people ask about trying it first.

Never

  • Say there's a free trial or a free version. There isn't; the guarantee takes its place.

  • Promise views, subscribers, income or monetisation. VidNexus is a production tool; results depend on the channel.

  • Run paid search ads on the VidNexus name, or bid on it, or use it in a domain or social handle.

  • Post your link on coupon or deal sites, or offer cash back or rebates to buyers.

  • Buy through your own link, or share your license key. The key is for your own PC.

  • Spam: no mass DMs, no link drops in comments or in communities that don't allow them.

Breaking these can mean commissions are withheld and the account is closed. If you're unsure whether something is OK, ask first: it's a quick email.

Talking points that hold up

  • One license, $1,499 once. No subscription, no credits, no per-video fees. Every v1.x update included.

  • It makes the whole faceless video on your own PC: topic research, script with a hook score and fact check, voice, stock footage, 100+ motion graphic types, captions, music, render and upload to YouTube.

  • You stay the editor: you review the script and every scene before it renders, and fix any scene in the timeline.

  • The script model can run for free on your own PC through Ollama, or use a hosted model with your own key.

  • Footage comes from licensed stock libraries (Pexels, Pixabay, Coverr), public-domain archives (Internet Archive, Wikimedia Commons, NASA, DVIDS) and your own downloaded clips, with credits added where a license asks for them.

  • In our tests: a 5-minute video took about 6 minutes to build and about 50 cents of ElevenLabs voice.

  • 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

And the honest limits, which your audience will respect you for: Windows only for now, the voice needs an ElevenLabs account (or your own recording), and an AI-written script still needs a read-through for facts before you publish.

Questions

Do I have to buy VidNexus to be an affiliate?

No. Before launch you can get a free license to test it in exchange for one video or post. After launch, email us if you plan to cover it.

Can my viewers get a discount?

There's no separate audience code. The launch offer is the Early Bird price: the first 10 licenses are $999 instead of $1,499. After that it's $1,499 for everyone.

After you're approved. Before launch it arrives by email when the store opens, so it's ready before your video goes out.

Can I promote on several platforms?

Yes, with the same link. Your dashboard counts every sale from it.

What if a buyer asks for a refund?

Within the 14-day guarantee the sale is refunded and its commission cancelled. That's why commissions are held for 30 days before payout.

Does VidNexus work on a Mac?

Not yet. It's Windows 10/11 only for now; Mac and Linux are on the roadmap. Please say so if your audience is mostly on Macs.

I have a question that isn't here.

Email support@vidnexus.app. It comes straight to Vlad, who builds VidNexus.
